As BCaBA, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and families.
Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members in implementing behavior intervention plans. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Collect and analyze data on target behaviors to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.

Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavioral health and special education.
Must Have
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques, principles, and methodologies.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
